Taxation, Banking & Finance as well as Strategic Business advice to individuals and all sized
businesses, from sole traders just starting out to Small to Medium Enterprises (SME's) and larger corporate organisations.
Its clients are predominately located within Australia however a number are also domiciled
within USA and Europe. They include companies listed on the Australian Stock Exchange,
national franchise operations, and a number of privately held manufacturing, wholesaling
and service entities. From a personal perspective, NCS - Nicholls advises numerous individuals
in respect to their taxation affairs, and has been engaged to restructure banking arrangements
for a number of high net worth individuals as well as sourcing housing finance in the broader
consumer market.
Sharryn Carey-Nicholls
Principal
Sharryn Carey-Nicholls has worked in the Chartered Accounting profession in Melbourne and Sydney
for over 20 years. Her expertise is in preparing financial accounting and taxation reports, as
well as providing taxation and business accounting advice to SME's and other Corporates, as
well as family investment concerns.
Sharryn is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and a Registered
Tax Agent with the Australian Tax Office.
Andrew Nicholls
Chief Executive Officer
Andrew Nicholls has over 20 years experience in the Accounting, Business Consulting and
Banking & Finance industries, having held senior executive positions at National Australia
Bank, New York based consulting firm Stern Stewart & Co., and Macquarie Bank. He has undertaken
many strategic assignments during his career which has extended his experience into the financial
markets of the United States of America, United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland and Asia.
His expertise is in advising businesses ranging from professional firms and family companies
right through to SME's and Corporates to assist in all manner of decisions to support strategic
business growth.
Andrew is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia and a Corporate Member of
the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia.
